you get paid for your services. He takes the risk that if no work he pays you anyway,

you use the higher income when working to pay yourself to carry thru periods not working.
When working for others you are limited to that particular category of business income or trade they are
involved in. When working for yourself you can be involved in several, and today you go with which ever category
of trade or business that has customers demand today. If overwhelmed and need to be two places today
you all in an acquaintance to fill in on the least profitable and he may pay you a commission, but he must
understand he has no right to take over your customer’s future business. You must retain that.
This being available for several types of work, Car business services if you will, means like the old - being
bi sexual joke, it doubles your chance of a date for Saturday night, In other words, you may have 5 marketable skills,
You promote and work at developing clients or customers, for all 5. If multiple opportunities happen same you go
with whichever one pays the best or has best long range client possibilities. You must have
back up friends capable of filling in and do a good job for those you cannot delay to an open date for your time,
so that you can retain your prospective future business from that customer, the fill in person needs to inform the customer
he works at this only thru you. You must know the referred friend is CAPABLE.
The advantage here is you can now charge higher rate for your services, (retail) or closer then (before at least)
and you are open to do whatever is in best demand to day, not limited to your one employer’s categories,
as in the past working as an employee of others. When one thing is not in demand today another category may well be.
Eventually you will find one niche developing very well and you will not have time for the others. You then just transfer
them permanently to your friends in that business.
